Ordering
- Click on ‘shop.’
- Choose the desired product.
- Click on ‘Order’ to add the item directly to your shopping cart.
- Continue shopping or click on your cart to see an overview of your order and to check out.
- In your cart, shipping costs (only outside the Netherlands and Germany) will be calculated automatically (see below for shipping costs). Check your order carefully, then click on ‘Proceed to checkout.’
- Fill in all the necessary information to complete your order.
- Click on ‘Place Order.’
- At that moment, your order is placed, and you need to complete the payment. You will be directed to the payment page immediately (see below for payment methods).
- After completing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation. Please check this again carefully. Did you find an error? Then send an email as soon as possible to order@outdoorpinsandmore.com.
- If you have not received the confirmation email after about 10 minutes, check your spam folder. We recommend adding the domain @outdoorpinsandmore.com to your email program’s safe sender list to ensure you don’t miss any updates. Still received nothing? Please email us as soon as possible.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped via mailbox post unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping is free within the Netherlands and Germany. For shipping to other countries, we charge €1.00 shipping costs per order.
- Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days.
- Shipping is at the customer’s risk. PostNL and Deutsche Post can no longer guarantee that mail will be delivered the next day. If you have not received anything two weeks after the expected delivery period of the shipping notice, please contact us at order@outdoorpinsandmore.com. Please do this within 60 days after the order. After 60 days, no complaints can be accepted.

Shipping We ship via PostNL and Deutsche Post. Both delivery services do their utmost to send and deliver packages as quickly and carefully as possible. If there are any issues, you can inform us via email at order@outdoorpinsandmore.com, mentioning the order number visible in the confirmation email.

Returns
- You have a reflection period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting from the day you receive the product. The product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Notify us of your return in advance via our email address order@outdoorpinsandmore.com. We will refund the amount within 14 days.
- Return address: Outdoorpins & More, Harry Meijerstraat 6, 5913RE VENLO, The Netherlands.
- Always include your order number with the return shipment.
Warranty
- The colors of the pins may differ. No rights can be derived from this. Colors may appear differently in a photo or on a computer screen.
- Items are subject to wear and tear. However, if an item shows unnatural defects, we provide the statutory manufacturer’s warranty.
